"Just had my MOT done at Merityre Wallington — this was my second visit, and both times have been nothing but positive. Trevor at reception was brilliant — really helpful, gave solid advice, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing anything. The MOT itself was done quickly and thoroughly, with no hidden costs or surprises. What really impressed me was that they even cleaned off some recent paint scrapes where someone had reversed into my parked car — totally unexpected and really appreciated. "I ordered a set of new tyres online and booked for a day of my choice. When I arrived though it was busy I was greeted by one of the employees and he found my order on the system and gave a wait time or I could leave the car with them. I choose to wait and it was an accurate wait time . Two employees by the name of Mike and Bobby came along with trolley jacks in tow. And checked with me the jacking locations on my car. They got to work removing my alloys from my car. I checked with them about removing the old weights as the alloys are in mint condition and I was a bit anxious about that. They saw the alloys were in excellent condition and even said they would use rim tape to protect the outer facing edges of the alloys. nothing was too much trouble for Mike and Bobby. Really please with everyone at Merityre/Sunbury. Will definitely recommend them. Thanks guys."
