They were very pleasant and although they had a full day booked in they said if I left the car they would look and see if they could fix it. They kept us informed, and were able to fix the brakes, and the car was ready for my son and his family to continue on their holiday. The people we dealt with had an exemplary attitude, wanted to help and were a pleasure to deal with."
