"A really great local tyre and car repair shop. Great service and good prices. Tom is especially helpful. My son had a tyre blow out and he helped talk me through how to move the car out of danger. Not only did they have the correct exact tyre in stock, they fitted it for me very quickly and charged me a very reasonable price. Simply great."

"Excellent service today at Bookham Merityre all thanks to Andrew. I had a dodgy rear tyre showing a low reading and just pulled in for advice. Andrew was busy but stopped to have a quick chat. I returned an hour later as he suggested. Andrew took my suspect wheel off and checked everything thoroughly including the air in the other three tyres. All good to go and he even talked down the excellent help he gave me. I felt confident when driving off that my wheels were secure with no puncture to be found. We have used this branch before a few years ago and received great service then and so it continues. Thanks Andrew!"

"Customer focused team. Really out to ensure customer satisfaction. I took in my clio for AC gas refill and after refilling they said they would not charge me for the refilling as the fans needed to be checked due to 2 vents not working properly and the fans are not something they could get fixed and they won't feel good charging me for it. I insisted on paying but they suggested I fix the fan and come back before I can be charged (which I will). Mind you, my gas was empty and AC was not working at all but as I type this, my car cools way better than before (thanks to them). This is my second visit with the first being a wheel alignment and they have just won a customer for life"
